Hall Hire
The Matcham Hall is available for hire under conditions set out in the Hall Hire agreement.

The Matcham Hall Committee reserves the right to decline booking requests for events that are not considered suitable for a rural community Hall. These include events where excessive noise, alcohol use or unsupervised behaviour is likely to impact upon neighbours and local residents. 

Noise from performances or recordings is expected to cease from 11pm. The Hall lights will be turned off at 12 midnight.

Hirers are responsible for leaving the Hall in a clean and tidy state. Under some circumstances, access to the Hall will be made available for cleaning the following morning.

The Matcham Hall is a non-smoking venue.

Individuals or organisations hiring the Hall are expected to obtain Public Liability Insurance to cover any mishaps resulting from the improper or dangerous use of the Hall facilities. The Hirer will be responsible for any negligent actions resulting from activities conducted in the Hall.
